This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Mr. Big Shot Mobile Hoops (“Provider”) and the individual or entity booking the mobile hoop trailer (“Customer”). By booking and paying for a mobile hoop trailer rental, the Customer agrees to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your event date and time slot. The balance will be invoiced and due at the time of delivery of the trailer on the event date. We accept credit card payments, and the transaction fee will be included in the price. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Service Provided

-Provider will deliver, set up, and later pick up the hoop trailer at the agreed event location.

-Rental includes: 4 full-size basketball hoops, 4 basketball carts, 4 shooting platforms, 20 basketballs

Customer Responsibilities

-Customer must ensure there is a clear, level space (approx. 25 ft) for trailer setup and safe access for delivery.

-Customer is responsible for supervising all guests using the hoop trailer during the event.

-Customer agrees to leave the hoop trailer in the same condition as it was set up.

*If the Customer is unable to meet the required space or access requirements at the time of setup, they will still be charged the full rental amount.

Delivery

We offer complimentary delivery to San Antonio and surrounding areas. Availability varies by schedule.

Safety & Liability

The hoop trailer is designed for safe entertainment; however, all use is at the Customer’s and guests’ own risk. Provider is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the trailer. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any claims arising from the event.

Cancellations & Refunds

-7+ days before event – full refund of deposit.

-2–7 days before event – deposit will be credited towards a future booking (valid for 1 year).

-Less than 48 hours – deposit is non-refundable.

In case of extreme weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, Provider may reschedule or cancel with a full refund.

Damage & Loss

Customer is responsible for any damage, theft, or vandalism to the hoop trailer during the rental period caused by negligence or misuse. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the Customer.

Media Release

By participating in a Mr. Big Shot Mobile Hoops event, the Customer and all guests grant permission to Mr. Big Shot Mobile Hoops to capture, use, and share photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on social media, websites, and printed materials. Participants will not be compensated for the use of this content. If any attendee wishes not to be photographed or recorded, it is the Customer’s responsibility to notify Mr. Big Shot Mobile Hoops in advance of the event.

Force Majeure

Provider is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, accidents, emergencies).

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Waiver & Release of Liability

Participation in the Mr. Big Shot Mobile Hoops activities involves inherent risks of injury or property damage. The Customer and all guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the hoop trailer. The Customer, on behalf of themselves and their guests, releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Mr. Big Shot Mobile Hoops, its owners, employees, or contractors for any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of the hoop trailer. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mr. Big Shot Mobile Hoops from any claims brought by participants or third parties arising out of the rental or use of the hoop trailer. This waiver applies to all participants, whether minors or adults. By signing this Agreement, the Customer represents that they have the authority to accept this waiver on behalf of all participants.

By booking the Hoop Trailer, the Customer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
