If you or an attendee does not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us before the event. For events involving minors, the Customer is responsible for notifying us in advance of any restrictions related to photographing or recording children or other attendees.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor advance requests not to photograph or record specific individuals.

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense.

We may share information with trusted third parties when reasonably necessary to operate our business, including:

Photos or videos of minors may be captured at events only as described in our Media Release and event terms. The Customer is responsible for notifying us before the event of any restrictions regarding media capture or use.
